What is CBG distillate?

Full spectrum CBG distillate is a high-potency, viscous CBG extract that sits between crude oil and pure isolate in the refinement spectrum. It's a thick, golden-amber liquid — like honey in consistency — that keeps the plant's naturally occurring minor cannabinoids alongside the CBG. "Full spectrum" means nothing gets stripped out at the end: the minors and a trace amount of THC (under the 0.3% federal hemp limit) come through the distillation together. That's the profile many people look for when they want whole-plant character rather than a single purified molecule.

Distillate vs. isolate vs. crude

• Crude CBG oil is unrefined extract — green, dark, full of plant material. Cheapest per gram, but limited use cases.
• CBG distillate (this product) is refined to high purity but retains some of the natural compounds from the plant. Versatile, easy to formulate with, professional-grade.
• CBG isolate is refined further to 99.5% pure crystalline CBG with everything else stripped out. Most expensive per gram of CBG, but unbeatable for precision.

From our farm and lab

Like everything we sell, our CBG distillate starts as a hemp plant on our farm in Lawrence, Kansas. We harvest at peak CBG content, extract using cold ethanol in our on-site laboratory, then run the crude through a careful distillation process to produce the high-potency, clear-amber distillate you see in the bottles. Every batch is third-party tested at KCA Laboratories for full cannabinoid potency, including a complete THC panel.
