CBG for Pets
Same farm-direct quality as our flagship tincture, formulated for dogs and cats. Fast-absorbing nanomicelle CBG with pet-appropriate dosing.
CBG for the animals in your family
CBG for pets is a daily wellness option more pet owners are exploring as part of their animals' routines. We built ours to give your dog or cat the same farm-direct quality we put in our own products. Always consult your veterinarian before adding any new supplement to your pet's routine.
Our pet CBG tincture is the same nanomicelle formulation as our flagship Nano Micelle CBG — water-soluble, lab-tested, and made on our Kansas farm — adjusted with pet-appropriate dosing in mind. A clean, simple, single-cannabinoid option for the animals in your family.
Why nano CBG for pets?
The same reason we use nanomicelle technology in our human tincture applies even more to animals: traditional oil-based pet CBD or CBG products have to go through your pet's digestive system before any cannabinoid reaches their bloodstream. That's slow, and a lot of the active compound gets lost in the process.
Nanomicelle CBG bypasses most of that digestive bottleneck. The 35-nanometer particles can be absorbed directly through the soft tissues of the mouth when applied to the gums, and what does get swallowed is already in a water-compatible form your pet's body can use. Designed for higher absorption efficiency than oil-based delivery — which can mean a smaller dose goes further.
Same nano CBG that we use in our human products. Same lab tests. Same farm. Just calibrated for animals.
How to give CBG to your dog or cat
- Directly on the gums: Use the dropper to place the tincture on your pet's gums or under the tongue. Fastest and most reliable absorption.
- On a treat: Drop onto a small treat or piece of food. The tincture is nearly tasteless so most pets accept it without complaint.
- In food: Mix into wet food or a small amount of yogurt. Particularly easy for cats.
- In water: Add to your pet's water bowl. Because our formula is water-soluble, it disperses cleanly with no oily film.
A note on dosing
Pet dosing varies significantly with animal size and individual sensitivity. As a general starting point, many pet owners begin with 1–2 drops for cats and small dogs, 3–5 drops for medium dogs, and 5–10 drops for larger dogs — once or twice daily, with food. Start at the low end, observe your pet for a few days, and adjust slowly based on what you see.
If your pet has any existing health conditions, is pregnant or nursing, or is on prescription medications, talk to your veterinarian before starting any new supplement — including this one. We're hemp farmers, not vets.
Why our pet CBG stands out
A lot of "pet CBD" and "pet CBG" products on the market are made by companies that don't grow their own hemp, don't run their own labs, and don't know exactly what's in the bottle. We do all of those things. Every drop of our pet tincture starts as a hemp plant on our Lawrence, Kansas farm. We harvest, extract, formulate, and bottle on-site. The COA is real. The CBG content is real. The "made in Kansas" is real.
Your pet trusts you to be careful about what goes into their body. We aim to make that easy.
Ingredients
Same formulation as our human Nano Micelle CBG. Seven food-grade ingredients, listed in descending order by volume:
- Distilled water — about 98 to 99% of the bottle by volume.
- Polyoxyethylene-Polyoxypropylene — a food-grade emulsifier. Without it, the CBG would float to the top like oil and water. This is what keeps every drop evenly mixed.
- Hemp extract — the CBG, from our single-source Kansas hemp.
- Sodium acid sulfate — a tiny amount gives the formula a slightly tart background pH, which is what lets the preservatives below do their job. Your pet won’t taste it.
- Ascorbic acid — vitamin C, the same antioxidant you’d find in citrus. It keeps the formula from oxidizing.
- Potassium sorbate — a standard food preservative used in shelf-stable juices, sodas, and dressings.
- Sodium benzoate — another standard food preservative. The two work together at our slightly acidic pH.
The two preservatives are why a 30 ml bottle holds for 24 months at room temperature without refrigeration. They’re the same preservatives used in shelf-stable foods, in small amounts.
Vegan formulation · Gluten-free · No top-9 allergens · THC: Non-detect · Single-source Kansas hemp.
Storage
Store at room temperature, in a cool dark place. Refrigeration is fine but not required.
Do not freeze. That’s the one thing that will damage the formula. Heat is fine.
Keep tightly sealed and out of reach of pets and children when not in use.
Tried it? We'd love to hear.
