Thank you for your purchase. We stand behind every product we make and we want you to be completely satisfied. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.
Quick reference: Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement or refund regardless of timing — just reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can document the issue.
Returns
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date by contacting us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be:
- Unopened with the original safety seal intact
- In original packaging with all labels attached
- In new and unused condition
- Postmarked within 30 days of your purchase date
Items returned with broken seals, missing packaging, or signs of use will not be eligible for refund or will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.
How to Return an Item
To return an item:
- Email customer service at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging along with a copy of the invoice that came with your order.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a defective product.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. Please allow:
- Up to 3 business days from receipt of your return for us to inspect and process
- 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the packaging (if shipping damage)
- A brief description of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for defective or damaged items is on us.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened products or products with broken safety seals (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Sale items, clearance items, and final-sale items
- Bulk and wholesale orders unless defective
- Custom or special-order products
- Items returned more than 30 days after purchase
Wholesale and Bulk Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders (typically 100g and up for isolate, distillate orders, and bulk nano orders) are final sale unless the product is defective or doesn't match the specifications agreed upon in your order. Wholesale partners should review samples (when applicable) before placing full orders. Defective wholesale products are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact your account representative.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before it ships, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it under the terms of this policy once it arrives.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We'll arrange a replacement and a prepaid return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you.
Refunds Not Received
If you haven't received your refund after the timeframes above:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again, as refunds can sometimes take longer to officially post
- Contact your credit card company — refunds can take time before they're officially posted
- Contact your bank, since there's often processing time before a refund is posted
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us and we'll investigate on our end
